These terms govern use of the “Two Birds KPI Dashboard” (the “Application”), operated by Two Birds (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Application you (“you”, an “Authorised User”) agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application is private. Access is limited to officers, employees and contractors of Two Birds who have been individually added to the access allowlist. Access rights are granted by Two Birds and may be varied or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice, including automatically when a person ceases to be engaged by Two Birds.
You may use the Application solely to view and analyse Two Birds’ business information for legitimate internal business purposes. You must not:
All information presented by the Application — including financial statements, account balances and transaction detail — is confidential business information of Two Birds. Your existing obligations of confidentiality to Two Birds apply in full to anything you see in the Application.
The Application presents data drawn from Two Birds’ accounting records. Figures may be provisional, may reflect periods that are not yet closed, and may change as the underlying records are corrected or completed. Nothing displayed constitutes audited financial statements, a formal accounting record, or tax, investment, or legal advice. Where a figure matters, verify it against the accounting system of record.
The Application depends on third-party services including Intuit, Google and Cloudflare. It may be unavailable, delayed, or incomplete at any time. We give no guarantee of availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Birds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to use of, or inability to use, the Application.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this URL with the date shown above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
